We love the wide variety of projects we get to work on as it keeps our minds stimulated. We won’t take on anything we don’t think we can deliver and we won’t take on anything that we don’t believe in.

Andy Margolis
Chief Executive Officer
Andy’s career has been IT-centric and entrepreneurial, focussing on ‘delivery’ and just ‘making things happen’. One of the founders of Totally and pioneer of innovative charging mechanics (sweat equity, risk / reward) to reduce the capital costs of software development & online marketing. Andy consults within the Charity sector and has a keen interest in homelessness. An avid Man City supporter (from way before the glory years), following them throughout Europe & Manchester. After a lifetime of inactivity, Andy is now a keen open water swimmer and recently discovered the joys of triathlons.
Toby Mason
Strategy Director
He joined in Totally’s very first incarnation (back in its PLC days) in 2001, before becoming a director in 2009. His day to day role involves dealing with new business and overseeing SEO and digital marketing’s clients. He is the (contested) office ping pong champion and a Spurs fan.
Richard Forster
Technical Project Manager
Totally’s resident member of the Magic Circle who uses his prestidigitation skills to make problems disappear, confound and baffle developers, and amaze and dazzle clients. Plus some technical stuff on the side.
