UX and UI working together
The terms UX and UI are often used interchangeably, however rightly or wrongly. Without going into too much detail on a topic which is heavily debated online, to us the UX is about laying the right foundations and putting the fundamental parts in place – the order of actions of the user’s journey; UI is how details of the visuals are defined – interface elements such as typography, colours, fonts and styles. How they interact is fundamental to the overall experience and outcomes of the user.
