Our background
Totally’s background in government and public sector projects is deep rooted. In a previous life, Totally was a PLC and a further subsidiary of that company, was Totally Health. In this role we worked closely with NHS Policy makers and developed a high-profile NHS innovation project: Shared Decision Making. Subsequently we’ve worked with the likes of the BBC (on multiple projects) where accessibility has been critical to the project’s goals and outcomes.

We approach designing and building software for this sector in much the same way that we approach other projects; with rigour, an emphasis on user experience and setting clear goals. However we recognise the seriousness and impact of downtime, so hand in hand with this goes an obligation to build upon a reliable infrastructure to minimise outages, and maintain a critical site speed.
Every stage of our build facilitates the highest standards of user privacy and data security so the end product is a robust, efficient and secure public service asset.
Among being compliant with Cyber Essentials, we are working towards ISO27001 certification and we are HM Government G-Cloud supplier.
We were enormously proud to launch a new and vital sophisticated set of Patient Decision Aids in the form of online tools and mobile apps.
The technology, designed and created by Totally, facilitated a sensitive conversation between patient and clinician, and included an integrated telephony system and CRM system. Data security was paramount. Totally helped translate the Government and NHS commitment of patient engagement, into reality.
