That could mean flexible hours, remote working or even deciding to swap office (Barcelona/London) for a while. We find this keeps everyone invigorated and raring to get stuck into the next challenge.

Also, where projects allow, we look to use an Agile project management methodology. The core principle behind the Agile approach is to package activities into small manageable increments or sprints. The Agile methodology helps to minimise the overall risk to a project and allows the project to adapt to changes quickly. This also ensures clients stay close to the project from inception to delivery
